1. How Shipping Works on MyGalore
MyGalore manages all shipping arrangements on behalf of our vendors. As a managed e-commerce platform, we coordinate end-to-end delivery logistics so that our vendors, many of whom are micro-entrepreneurs, home-based sellers, and community producers, can focus entirely on their products.
Buyers can shop with confidence knowing that all shipping is centrally coordinated by MyGalore.
2. Airwaybill & Courier Arrangement
Upon order confirmation, MyGalore will generate the shipment airwaybill through our third-party courier network, which includes most courier companies in Malaysia. The airwaybill will be transmitted to the respective vendor in PDF format for parcel handover to the assigned courier.
Vendors are not required to arrange their own courier services. All courier coordination is handled by MyGalore. Vendors have the option to have their parcel picked up or may drop it off at any nearby courier outlet.
3. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
Domestic orders within Malaysia are processed and shipped to all states including Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2 to 5 business days
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity, public holidays, and vendor processing time. Please note that vendors require up to 2 business days to prepare and hand over parcels to the courier after order confirmation.
4. International Shipping
MyGalore ships internationally to our active Global Markets, which currently include Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates (and 12 surrounding regions), and the United Kingdom.
International delivery timelines vary by destination and selected courier service. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory fees imposed by their country of destination. MyGalore will provide all necessary shipping documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
5. Multi-Vendor Orders
If your order contains products from more than one vendor, each vendor's items will be packed and shipped separately. You may receive multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers for a single order. This is because each vendor prepares their own parcel for handover to the courier.
MyGalore will provide tracking information for each parcel separately.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided to buyers via WhatsApp or email notification once the shipment has been processed. Buyers may use the tracking number on the respective courier's website to monitor delivery status.
7. Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, absence of recipient, or refusal of delivery, the parcel may be returned to the vendor. Re-delivery arrangements will incur additional shipping charges borne by the buyer. MyGalore will contact the buyer via email at hello@mygalore.my to coordinate next steps.
