PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to any purchase options available on MyGalore (mygalore.my), operated by Mahola Services (Registration No. 002739894-D). Purchase options may include pre-orders or subscription-based products offered by vendors on our platform.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

If you have placed a pre-order through MyGalore:

  • You may request a cancellation before the item has been confirmed as dispatched by the vendor
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting us at hello@mygalore.my with your order number and reason for cancellation
  • Once a pre-order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and standard return procedures apply
  • Approved cancellations will be processed and refunded within 7 to 14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to any recurring purchase plan available through MyGalore:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellations made after a billing cycle has commenced will take effect from the following cycle and no partial refunds will be issued for the current period
  • To cancel a subscription, contact us at hello@mygalore.my with your account details and subscription reference

4. Vendor-Specific Terms

As MyGalore operates as a multi-vendor marketplace, individual vendors may have their own cancellation terms for specific products or purchase options. Where vendor-specific terms apply, they will be clearly stated on the relevant product page. MyGalore's policy applies as a minimum standard across the platform.
